Confidence took no knock whatsoever when he gained deserved compensation for his last-flight fall at Newton Abbot (3m2f; good) when a comfortable four-length winner at Exeter (2m5f; good) most recently. One to keep on the right side of.
Split Definitely Vinnie and Western Sunrise at Warwick (3m2f; good to firm) last time out. Should be hard to split that trio again, but he is open to more improvement after just the three starts in handicaps.
Not seen for three months since having her hat-trick bid halted in a better race at Newton Abbot (3m2f; good). Goes well fresh though, and could still have more to offer for this yard. Not ruled out.
Finished in front of both Dr Time (5th) & Western Sunrise (6th) when fourth at Warwick (3m2f; good to firm). Place claims again after that but can be inconsistent and therefore looks vulnerable as a win prospect.
Described as "never a threat" when last of nine on handicap debut back in April at Bangor-on-dee (2m3f; good). Makes seasonal return off a 7lb lower mark, but on what he has shown to date it is unlikely he will feature. Stable form also a concern.
Produced a very encouraging effort when second in this grade at Uttoxeter (2m7f; good to soft). However, his three subsequent runs have been nowhere near as good. Something to prove on this return to hurdles.
Made return from mammoth absence back in July when failing to complete yet again (pulled-up 3 out when tailed off). Been given enough time to recover from that, and coming from this stable he must be respected. Remains best watched.
17-race maiden who makes seasonal/stable debut for Rebecca Curtis. Been off the track for 581 days, and she was suffering heavy defeats in the care of former trainer when last seen. Needs to do a lot more, but market check still advised.
Lightly raced but she is 0-5 and this represents her first run since June 2019 when she finished tailed off at Ffos Las (2m; good). Has far too much to prove and is incredibly difficult to fancy.

Special Princess (11/4), Rosserk Abbey (11/4), Alanjou (9/2), Solonng (6/1), Definately Vinnie (10/1), Mo Tottie (10/1), Dr Time (12/1), Western Sunrise (12/1), Mustaaqeem (16/1), Nordenfelt (22/1), General Malarkey (25/1)
After splitting Western Sunrise (6th) & Definately Vinnie (4th) at Warwick last time out, Dr Time is expected to prove the best of that trio as he is still lightly raced and open to further improvement. Although he is returning from a 90-day break, fitness will be no issue for Alanjou who goes well fresh. He wasn't disgraced when runner-up in a class four when chasing a hat-trick last time out. The vote goes to ROSSERK ABBEY though who showed no ill effects after his unfortunate fall at Newton Abbot when shedding his maiden status in style at Exeter. He can make light work of a 6lb rise and continue progressing up the handicap rankings.
- Rosserk Abbey
- Alanjou
