2-20 on turf (acts on soft; unraced on heavy) and has not won since May 2017. Not as good these days, but ran well enough to be 2L fifth last time out at Beverley (first time hood, tongue-tie and cheekpieces combination). More needed.
Soft ground winner who is 4-37, but has yet to score beyond 7½f. Has gone close from 1lb higher a couple of times in recent runs, but has stamina to prove over this far.
Newcastle novice winner (1m4½f, AW) 11-months ago. Good effort back over that C&D in handicap company in January, but been going backwards since. Slipped to a workable mark now, and blinkers on, so possibilities.
Heavy ground scorer at Carlisle (1m3f, heavy) in August, when 4lb lower. Well held over both 1m4f and 1m2f on her last two starts. Bit to prove, therefore, but jockey has won many of these races over the years, so could bounce back.
Heavy ground Yarmouth (1m) winner of an apprentice handicap in June, when on today's mark. Went very close in an amateurs' race at Beverley (1m2f, soft) on his penultimate start. Held latest, but enters calculations.
Won this race by 6L last year (soft), when 2lb higher. Has put in some respectable efforts in defeat this season, including in first-time visor last time out. Entitled to consideration for a repeat success.
Dual 1m4f AW winner, who also scored over hurdles when with Olly Murphy. Well held in this code in two starts for this trainer, and needs to improve on his turf form.
Won a Navan maiden (1m, good) in 2017 for Dermot Weld, but on a 12-race losing run since. Best effort for this trainer came at Hamilton (1m3f, good) in June. Appears to handle heavy and not written off on return from wind surgery and being gelded.
Went close a couple of times over 1m1f/1m2f on fast ground in July, including here from this mark. Remains a maiden from 18 attempts. Latest effort and deep ground are both big concerns.
1-19, having won at Pontefract (1m, good to soft) last year, when 14lb higher. Has only run to anything like that level a couple of times in 10 subsequent starts. Slipped to a dangerous mark, but hard to have any confidence.
Off the mark at the 13th attempt on being stepped up to this trip at Yarmouth (1m2f, heavy) earlier in the week. Carries 6lb penalty for that, so needs to pull out more, but looks a player.
Moderate 21-race maiden. Has produced a couple of efforts since joining this trainer that suggest she may be able to break her duck at some stage, but a 3lb rise today won't make that any easier.
Multiple NH winner who is 1-10 in Flat turf races. Not seen in either code since March, and not in this sphere since 2014. Handles heavy, but probably best watched unless market vibes strong.
Won back-to-back handicaps in 2017, but is without success since. One of those was over 1m2f on soft, so conditions hold no fears, but hard to fancy her on recent form from out of the handicap.
0-12 and well held in all starts in 2019. Blinkers now fitted but can only watch.
