More P's than Birds Eye in his form last season, but very well handicapped at present and now 7lb lower than when successful on seasonal debut last year; fresh may be the time to catch him, and if the change of headgear works, he's a huge player.
Consistency not his strong point, as form figures last year show, but capable when it all drops right and this mark probably not beyond him. Drop of rain not a problem, clearly risky but by the same token, always capable of popping up.
Tends to run his race more often than not, and his chance would probably be enhanced by plenty of rain, but handicapper has him right where he wants him on current evidence and unless there's a deluge, others may be quicker.
Threw in a poor one at Stratford on final start, but knows how to win when he gets the opportunity and was successful twice in the spring; back off a break probably needing a bit more off this mark.
Last two efforts have left plenty to be desired, and previous ones, though worthy, rather suggested the handicapper has him in his grasp; others make stronger cases.
Beaten out of sight last two runs, and trainer hasn't had a winner for years now; really not hard to look elsewhere on those two points alone.
Likeable sort that kept winning in the spring/summer, successful three times over both hurdles and fences; threw in a rare below-par effort at Bangor last time but no surprise if he bounced back from that, especially back up in trip.
Stays well, successful off this mark at Newton Abbot back in 2018 but had looked to have gone off the boil later in the year; has joined a yard that know the time of day and any money for him needs noting, although usual headgear missing.
Still a maiden after 12 starts but does seem to stay this far, and a drop of rain probably no problem; needs to bounce back from a moderate effort at Sedgefield last time out, but still relatively early days and could conceivably do better.
Had been on the countdown to a win and so it proved at Uttoxeter last time, travelling very well and coming away for a decisive win; upped 5lb and in a better contest here, but could be up to it, and a leading contender.
Has a C&D win to his name but is in no form to speak of and races from over a stone out of the handicap here; no realistic chance.
Forecasts
Jimmi Chew (7/4), For Jim (4/1), Telson Barley (6/1), Simply Mani (8/1), Ormesher (10/1), Another Frontier (12/1), King Cool (16/1), His Dream (18/1), Mamoo (25/1), Tommy The Rascal (100/1), Reckless Behavior (100/1)
Jimmi Chew looked well in front of the handicapper when successful at Uttoxeter, where he went to the front plenty early enough and kept galloping all the way to the line, and he looks the one to beat. But first time up might be the time to catch ANOTHER FRONTIER, who lost his form completely in the second half of last season but as a result looks very well handicapped, and is worth chancing today. For Jim and Simply Mani can fight out the minor money.
