14:55 Musselburgh Mon 14 October 2019
Experienced sprinter who has been successful twice in his last five starts, with his most recent victory coming at Nottingham over this distance. Could only finish ninth of 11 last time at Haydock (5f). Can't be discounted.
Scored on just the second start of his career at Cork (7f) but has failed to add to his tally since then. Was just a neck away last time at Redcar (5f). Has gone up just 3lb for that near miss. Leading contender.
Landed his first win of the year in a big runner field at Ayr over this trip on his latest start. Has been raised 5lb by the handicapper but he is capable of much more so he has to be considered to follow up.
Scored over 6f at Catterick last time. Went close to another win for the year on his latest appearance at Ripon (6f) where he was second of seven. Others appeal more here as he returns to 5f.
Has won over this C&D five times, with her latest success here coming back in August. She has been below her best on her last two starts, including when she was fifth of seven at Musselburgh (5f) last time. Needs to bounce back.
Has been successful three times over this C&D. His recent form has been very disappointing though. He has been a long way down the field on his latest three starts. Very difficult to make a case for.
A three-time C&D winner who really enjoys running at this track. He was also second of seven over this C&D last time out, beaten 4L in a seven runner contest. Remains off the mark here. One to consider.
Took advantage of his handicap mark to score over this C&D last time out where he scored by 2¼L. Has gone up 5lb for that win but he has won off a much higher mark. One for the shortlist.
