CRACKING SMART should be too good for his rivals here if able to translate his superior hurdles form to fences. Eclat Des Mottes is slowly getting the hang of things over the larger obstacles and if improving again he should run a fair race. Minella Fair needs to find plenty but may become interesting should the ground become testing as he loves a real slog. Champagne Classic ran on Saturday but should he line up in this event then he certainly needs to be in consideration given his hurdling ability and reasonable chase experience to date.
