Boasts a win and a place from two starts over C&D.Running well in defeat in the main following a couple of starts last winter in Meydan. Entitled to have designs on prize money in this contest.
Winner of three of his 15 Flat starts on turf. Mixed messages in a number of starts over the summers. Possibly best watched on AW debut unless the market suggests otherwise.
Dual winner at this venue including a victory on his only start over C&D. Yard boast a 44% win and place strike rate at this venue in October with their handicappers since 2015.
Winner of two of his four career starts, both victories coming over C&D. Well held on return to action at the Curragh last month but very much respected on return to this track just 2lb higher than last winning mark.
Stable stalwart for the Ger Lyons yard before moving to current connections in August. Has hit the frame on one occasion from four starts over C&D but appears up against it here.
Formerly with trainer Roger Varian the gelding was a 82-rated handicapper for Emmet Mullins before moving on once again. Possibly best watched on stable and AW debut.
Off the mark for connections on his penultimate start when landing a Navan 1m maiden on good to yielding ground. Yard among the winners here in the last month and one for the shortlist.
Has produced a couple of fine performances at Limerick and Leopardstown, now racing 10lb higher than his win in July. Worth a market check on return to action.
Strong record of four wins and a place from nine starts over C&D. Negative is that the gelding has been beaten on four occasions over the combination when rated in the 70's. May find a couple stronger.
A win and a place from six starts over C&D. Running on the Flat and over hurdles without success in the summer and needs to step up on recent form to play a part here.
Jockey reported that his mount 'emptied out' 3f from home when tailing off at Fairyhouse on his latest start over 1m2f. The Invincible Spirit gelding has a win and a place to his name from two starts over C&D and may be on a handy mark here.
Sole win in nine career starts came at this track in 12 months ago over 7f off a 8lb higher mark. Running with credit in a number of defeats over the summer and not without a chance in this contest.
Winner of one of his 16 Flat starts on turf but the Alhebayeb gelding has been running well in defeat in a number of starts over the summer when not beaten far. May be capable of better still.

Sky Seven (11/2), The Game Of Life (6/1), Lord Rapscallion (6/1), Excelcius (15/2), Equitant (15/2), Pacific Ocean (8/1), Tony The Gent (10/1), Phoenix Open (10/1), Trading Point (12/1), Mutadaawel (14/1), Emphatic (16/1), Atlas (25/1), Koybig (25/1), The Last Emperor (33/1)
Another wide open handicap on the card which could well throw up a big price winner. The Mick Halford yard boast a 44% win and place strike rate at this venue in October with their handicappers since 2015 and their C&D winner SKY SEVEN can run a big race here. The Helmet colt won over C&D in March as the 2/1f off a 3lb higher mark and has continued to run well in defeat on turf over the summer months. The solid and consistent Phoenix Open and the Johnny Murtagh-trained Lord Rapscallion can duel for place prize money. A couple that could go well at a price are the Joseph O'Brien-trained Equitant and Excelcius for the Ger Lyons yard.
- Sky Seven
- Phoenix Open
- Lord Rapscallion
