Ex-Joseph O'Brien maiden hurdle winner, showed up well in two starts for this trainer in the spring without winning. Makes chasing debut on seasonal return and has record of going well fresh.

Managed remote third of six on chasing bow at Worcester (2m4f, good) last month, not always jumping fluently and racing keenly at times. Can improve in this sphere before long.

Runner-up on chase bow at Sedgefield last month and duly went one better at Warwick (2m, good to soft) 15 days ago. Has to be considered a leading player again.

French import, won on debut for Paul Nicholls at Kelso (2m, good to soft) in March and found only a useful rival too strong subsequently at Chepstow (front pair miles clear). Returns for chase debut and very much one to be interested in.

Forecasts

Oleg (1/1), Isaac Wonder (3/1), Majestic Touch (7/2), Vinnie The Hoddie (5/1)

Verdict

This may concern the pair of four-year-old's getting weight from their rivals. OLEG made a winning start over timber for Paul Nicholls in March and possibly ran into a useful rival when second at Chepstow next time. He'll know his job going over fences for the first time and could have plenty to offer this winter. Warwick winner Isaac Wonder won't go down without a scrap and is a capable of improving again while Vinnie The Hoddie could be best of the other couple and is capable of a big run first time out.
