Has not prevailed since winning the Fred Winter in 2017. His form over hurdles recently has been poor, including when he was 13th of 17 at Haydock (1m7½f) on his last appearance. First run for his new yard here. One to consider off this mark.
Has been successful in two of his last four starts over hurdles, including at Huntingdon (2m) on his penultimate appearance. He went close last time at Ffos Las (2m) where he was second of seven. Is down 1lb. One for the shortlist.
Broke his maiden at Fakenham (2m) three runs ago where he was on the right side of a close finish. Suffered a crashing fall at the final fence at Aintree (2m½f) on his latest start. Needs to bounce back here.
His sole success came in a novice hurdle at Warwick (2m) back in November 2017. Has failed to finish on his last three runs, including latest where he fell at Doncaster (2m½f). Is making his first start for his new yard here. Best to watch for now.
Is on a hat-trick bid following back-to-back wins at Newton Abbot (2m1f) both of which came following a wind-op, the latter though arriving from the stewards' room. Has gone up 2lb in the weights. Has a great chance of more success.
Experienced hurdler who is looking for his first win since November 2016. Was pulled-up at Chepstow (2m3½f) back in March after going off at 50/1. Needs to improve here where others make more of an appeal.
Has performed well in all three of his appearances over hurdles. He broke his maiden at Bangor (2m½f) two runs ago and then came home third of six last time over that same C&D. Is down 2lb here where he has each-way claims.
Scored twice at the back end of last year, including at Ayr on heavy ground over 2m3½f. Came down on his latest appearance at Wincanton (1m7½f). Needs to bounce back but he can't be discounted.
A two-time C&D winner with his latest success coming back in March. Could only finish third of eight last time here over 2m3f when going off as the 7/4 favourite. Back down in trip. Worth consideration.

Forecasts
Empreinte Reconce (9/4), Flying Tiger (3/1), Capone (4/1), Dream Machine (6/1), Twenty Twenty (8/1), Havana Hermano (14/1), Hygrove Percy (16/1), Harefield (25/1), Cold Shoulder (25/1), Sirop De Menthe (33/1)
EMPREINTE RECONCE has shown a huge improvement in her form since having a wind-op and she has been given a great chance to complete a hat-trick here as she has only gone up 2lb in the weights. Flying Tiger is set for his first start for his new yard and if he can find some of his old form, he shouldn't be far away from this mark, while Capone is running well at the moment and can fill the placings here.
