Although he has been a bit in-and-out of late, LINCOLN PARK has conditions to suit here and in the hope that a tongue-tie works positively, he is given the vote. Ptarmigan Ridge is feared most of the opposition, while a fully firing Dalton could not be ruled out, and support for Captain Jameson would make him of interest.
