Won twice on heavy ground in France (1m2f-1m4½f) for S.Kobayashi; in there pitching until the final furlong on debut for Archie Watson at Brighton (1m2f) earlier this month; slightly less effective next time; cheekpieces are now applied.
Without a win since the summer of 2018 (1m4f Musselburgh) and not in great shape of late, slipping steadily down the weights in the process; evidently is well suited by Pontefract - won the 1m2f Class 3 handicap on this card in 2017 (heavy).
Eight-race maiden; has knocked firmly at the door on various occasions (1m-1m4f); 1lb higher than when finishing ¾L runner-up to Sincerity in a 1m2f fillies' maiden handicap at Ffos Las (good to soft) in August.
€45,000 yearling; in the rear throughout on all three AW starts (7f-1m) last season; gelded and has had wind surgery; steps up in trip (out of a Galileo mare) for handicap/turf debut; could be a totally different proposition; merits respect.
Turf maiden (0-8), with his sole win coming on Tapeta at Wolverhampton (1m1½f Class 6 handicap) in January; 1lb lower than when finishing a head second to Sufi at Bath (1m5f, good) in June; boasts similar place claims.

A race which lacks any real strength in depth, presenting Sir Mark Prescott with an excellent opportunity for his returning three-year-old ALL POINTS WEST. This son of Speightstown appeared to be very much a work in progress as a juvenile, displaying clear and obvious signs of inexperience in each of his three AW starts (7f-1m). From a Galileo mare, he promises to relish the step up in trip for seasonal reappearance, turf and handicap debut. Furthermore, a gelding operation and wind surgery provide additional reasons to anticipate a degree of improvement. Of the remainder, the consistent Richard Hannon-trained turf maiden Hermocrates is most feared.
