Sole success so far came at Kempton in April but offered little since. 4L fifth at Lingfield (7f) last time gives him an each-way shout.
Has a modest record. Cheekpieces looked to improve him slightly when fair fourth at Thirsk (1m, good) last month. Dropped another 2lb in the weights so is being given a chance by the handicapper.
Useful filly who has won at this course before. Arguably ran career best last time when landing 5f Bath handicap in fine style. 9lb hike is a negative but the one to beat on current form.
Put up career best performance two starts ago when fourth in Doncaster handicap (7f) but took a backward step with 9L defeat at Catterick last time. Place claims on best form.
Failed to win in eight starts but took a right step last time when 4L third at Salisbury (7f, soft). Plenty more needed to have a winning chance though.
24,00 gns yearling purchase. Dam was a winner over 1m and related to some useful performers but yard rarely wins with debutantes so best watched.
Best effort came when second at Chepstow three starts ago before modest efforts, including 7L tenth at Epsom last time. Others make more appeal.
Form book isn't inspiring and hung badly when eighth in 1m Wolverhampton handicap on latest start. Others readily preferred.
Well beaten in each start to date and only shown glimpses of ability when ninth in 1m Bath handicap last time. This looks a tough ask.

Jean Valjean (11/4), Knockabout Queen (10/3), Balata Bay (7/2), Al Suil Eile (4/1), House Deposit (7/1), Max Guevara (12/1), Harbour Times (14/1), Melo Pearl (20/1), The Grey Goat (66/1), Society Sweetheart (80/1), Secret Magic (100/1)
A weak-looking contest, KNOCKABOUT QUEEN has already shown an aptitude for this track and dismantled her rivals in some style last time, if she runs to that mark once again she should prove to be hard to beat. House Deposit improved for the application of headgear last time and with that on again he should run his typical race, while Al Suit Eile could prove to be a dark horse if replicating his Doncaster form in this contest.
