Pacy filly who has threatened to break the maiden on occasions; ran her best race over C&D (good to firm) three starts back when beaten 1¾L by Istanbul; this ease in grade is considered helpful; cheekpieces applied.
Wasn't beaten all that far (fifth) in a Musselburgh nursery (5f, good to firm) last weekend, but equally is considered to have had plenty of chances (0-8); stable companion of Queens Blade and Teasel's Rock.
Twice a winner, including in a 6f seller at Leicester (good to firm) in July; runner-up in each of her three GB starts since (has form with Queens Blade); no reason why a drop back in trip will hinder her chances; ought to make her presence felt.
Improving, and seeks the hat-trick following selling wins at Redcar (6f, good to firm) and Ripon (6f, good) - beat today's rival Calippo by 1¾L on the first occasion; the clear form pick of the Easterby trio; major player.
Low-key so far (0-6) and has work to do with today's rival and stablemate Queens Blade, although it should be noted that she drops back in trip here (to 5f); anything but convincing on balance.
Forecasts
Calippo (5/4), She Looks Like Fun (11/4), Queens Blade (3/1), Comeatchoo (7/1), South Light (40/1), Teasel's Rock (50/1)
Queens Blade had the measure of CALIPPO when that pair clashed in a Redcar (6f) seller last month, but over today's shorter trip it's worth chancing that the consistent Archie Watson-trained filly can extract her revenge. She has ample early pace and should be able to maintain a handy position throughout despite facing some competition for the lead from the only other viable alternative She Looks Like Fun.
