Ground would be a concern here as she flopped on good to firm over C&D latest following a run of consistent efforts on softer surfaces. Has acted on fast ground in the past but would be more optimistic on testing ground.

Took advantage of a greatly reduced mark to win by a nose over C&D last time out. 3lb rise can be offset to a degree now given that came after a short break so every chance he makes another bold bid in this weak contest.

Gowran Park win in April her only win in 15 when trained in Ireland. Stable debut here off a mark which she should prove effective off although had a break and well held in recent Irish starts.

Maiden of 10 not getting any nearer after two pretty dismal efforts since switching to this yard from Ireland. Cheekpieces tried but hard to be anything but pessimistic at present.

May Leicester winner for Richard Fahey ran his best race to date for this yard when a 4L seventh of 14 to Lagenda over C&D latest. Weighted to get closer here but reversal unlikely.

Long standing maiden but third over 7f here latest was a fair effort and he ought to be at least as good over 1m and with another career-low mark he can't be ruled out now.

Second in back-to-back 6f starts before midfield effort over 7f at Catterick latest which did hint that he would get 1m. Not ruled out here for his prolific yard.

Snapped losing run of 20 when gaining first turf win in 24th start at Ripon last time out over 1m. Upped 4lb for that however he again looks vulnerable.

Less than prolific sort only once got competitive once in four 2019 starts and two more recent runs very moderate. Had a break but best watched.

Never better than fifth in his six career outings and almost always looked of extremely limited ability. Others far more appealing.

Career record of 1-22 in itself dampens enthusiasm and any Flat runner who finishes pulled up in their latest start has to be treated with great caution.

Verdict

Rated 73 at his peak WITH APPROVAL showed there is still plenty in the tank off this 21lb lower mark when third on his recent stable debut over 7f at Newcastle and given 1m-1m2f has always been his preferred trip he could be ready to strike here. A C&D winner last time out, Lagenda is sure to make a bold bid once more and a 3lb rise isn't harsh by any means. God Of Dreams is getting closer all the while and after another handicap ease following his third here latest he too enters the equation.
  1. With Approval
  2. Lagenda
  3. God Of Dreams
