Improved from debut when springing a 25/1 surprise at Goodwood last month at this trip, beating a subsequent winner. Open to further improvement which will be needed under his 7lb penalty.

Well backed 9/2 shot for Chelmsford 7f debut in June but failed to live up to expectations when 5L seventh of 12. Absent since and gelded, should improve with that experience behind him.

Weak 14/1 on Newbury debut (7f) last month. Never figured after a slow start when 10L seventh of 10 and likely to do better in due course over further.

Shaped with promise on 6f debut here but improved for the step up to this trip with better effort when 2L second of 11 on AW at Lingfield. More to come and should play a part.

Second foal, dam won her first three races as a juvenile including a 7f Group 3. Yard have excellent record with two-year-olds and interesting to see how he compares in market to stable companion Galispeed.

Highly promising 3L fourth of nine on 7f Newmarket debut a month ago and two subsequent winners have already come from that race. Looks the type to show significant improvement with that experience under his belt.

Very green and showed little when last of five on 7f debut at Lingfield last month and although entitled to come on for that, others make more appeal.

Down the field in pair of AW maidens, showing just a little improvement on most recent run. Probably one for handicaps after this.

Ran green on Lingfield AW debut at this trip last month but got the hang of things late on to finish a creditable second. Bare form is nothing special but should come on for that and rates a danger.

Forecast

Red Missile (7/4), Oleksander (7/2), North Point (5/1), Luigi Vampa (13/2), Her Indoors (8/1), Spring To Mind (12/1), Machios (16/1), Galispeed (20/1), Tantivy (50/1), Thank The Irish (50/1)

Verdict

RED MISSILE shaped with plenty of promise without been knocked about on his Newmarket debut a month ago and can become the third winner from that maiden. North Point built on his debut here at Lingfield and looks sure to go well again while Her Indoors got the hang of things late on on her debut and should play a part.
