Leicester winner over 7f in May, followed by two lacklustre runs but more like it in latest efforts and twice placed in AW starts at Lingfield previously. Chance here with 7lb claimed.

et to finish out of the money in five AW starts, winning a Lingfield maiden (6f) in March and a Wolverhampton claimer (6f) in June. Didn't appear to handle Epsom last time, in the mix in this field.

C&D winner 12 months ago, has struggled on turf this summer for the most part, with an odd decent effort thrown in. Returns here and can't be factored out in this grade.

Had tended to save best for Lingfield (both wins there over 6f on AW) but also went close over this C&D in November last, off a mark of 62. May have needed last month's Salisbury run after a break but would be better off in a handicap.

Third career win (3-16) arrived last month at Chelmsford (6f) though that form was well and truly reversed next time. Far from consistent but on favourable terms here if fancying the task.

Losing sequence is ever-increasing and hasn't shown many signs of encouragement lately, but clearly on good terms here should he put things together.

Forecasts

Dream Catching (11/8), Swiss Pride (11/4), Kwela (11/2), Creek Harbour (7/1), George Dryden (10/1), Majorette (25/1)

Verdict

It would be folly to write off the claims of George Dryden and Creek Harbour on very favourable terms, though both have been out of sorts lately. Majorette may have needed last month's return and should go better but she, on the other hand, isn't well treated now. Kwela goes well on the AW but preference is for SWISS PRIDE, who may not have handled Epsom when last spotted and should be capable of a challenge in this field.
