Won on his debut on the AW at Southwell (5f) but has been unable to add to that since then. He has been running consistently well this season without success, including latest at Beverley (5f) when third of eight. One to consider.
Showed some promise on the AW in his opening three starts but then was disappointing on his handicap debut last time as he was last of five runners at Bath (1m). This latest trip should suit him better. One to watch.
Scored at the third attempt at Bath over 5f in a novice contest. Made his opening handicap appearance last time at Doncaster (5f) but could only finish fifth of seven. Down 2lb, cheekpieces on for first time and up in trip. Worth considering.
Got off the mark at the fourth attempt last time in what was her handicap debut at Kempton (6f) on the AW, scoring by 2¾L. Has to carry a 6lb penalty here but she is open to improvement. Leading contender to follow up.
A C&D winner here last year. Her form this season has been poor, including latest at Lingfield over this distance where she was fifth of nine. Down 2lb to a mark she has to be respected off, however, she must improve.
Still a maiden following 58 races. She was seventh of 15 on her latest outing at Redcar (6f) when going off at 28/1. This is now a new low career mark and she has the visor on for the first time but it is still very difficult to make a case for her.

Chil Chil (4/11), The Groove (4/1), Mr Buttons (7/1), Porto Ferro (10/1), Shake Me Handy (11/1), Good Answer (14/1), Caledonian Gold (50/1)
CHIL CHIL was far better in handicap company last time and the way she won at Kempton on the AW suggests there is much more to come so take her to defy her 6lb penalty and add another success over this distance. The Groove has shown his best form on the AW recently, however off this latest mark, he has to be fancied to be in the mix, while Mr Buttons has hit the frame on a number of occasions this season and he should do the same again on his step up to this distance,
