Successful pointer (5-11); often keen in her races; made a winning start over hurdles under an enterprising ride in a Worcester maiden (2m4f, good); rather surprisingly reverts back to the larger obstacles; fast emerging trainer is 0-1 at Hexham.
Locally-trained veteran; is a three-time course winner, including when beating Cool Valley by 2¼L in this race 12 months ago; also held on gamely when springing a 25-1 surprise here (2m4f) in May; off since and now 9lb higher.
Made all when scoring from a 6lb lower mark over C&D (soft) in June - today's rival Roll Of Thunder third; wasn't quite able to justify favouritism in a Class 4 contest at Sedgefield (2m½f, good) last week; player.
Formerly with Charlie Longsdon; was soundly beaten by Gentleman James (and Wisecracker) at Market Rasen (2m1f, good) recently; it's very difficult to envisage those placings being reversed; look elsewhere.
Considering it was only a three-runner affair he plundered at Perth (2m4f), he's probably high enough in the weights off a 4lb higher mark; has work to do with Ringaringarosie on June C&D form, but could be staying on late off a fast pace; chance.
May develop into a better chaser than a hurdler, admittedly he wasn't flawless when breaking the duck at the 19th attempt at Market Rasen recently (2m1f, good); 3lb higher here.
Headed close home by a stablemate of Gentleman James at Cartmel (2m1f, soft) in July and found little when fourth to that aforementioned rival at Market Rasen latest; remains a maiden (0-11 over fences).

Forecasts
Ringaringarosie (15/8), Teeton Power (5/2), Gentleman James (6/1), Wisecracker (7/1), Roll Of Thunder (15/2), Hurricane Rita (8/1), Jacobite Rising (14/1), Reverse The Charge (18/1)
A tough looking handicap which is likely to be run at a searching pace with Teeton Power a possible contender to win that particular battle over the likes of Reverse The Charge, Ringaringarosie and Gentleman James. Therefore, the sneaking suspicion is that this race could see a surprise winner, so we'll aim a few shekels at the locally-trained ROLL OF THUNDER. Strictly on weights and measures he shouldn't have the beating of the Martin Todhunter-trained mare, but it's more than feasible that his proven stamina could come into play.
- Roll Of Thunder
- Ringaringarosie
- Reverse The Charge
