Unraced daughter of Farhh and a half-sister to useful Italian performer Castello Aragonese among others. Hails from a decent yard and she is worth a check in the market on debut.

Failed to figure in two starts so far including when 37L last of nine at Lingfield (1m2f, good) on table debut earlier this month. Others make more appeal.

9/2
Decent seventh in a 1m2f Listed race at Goodwood (good) in May but finished well beaten over the same trip in novice company at Doncaster (good) the following month. Interesting to see how she fares down in trip.

Forecasts

Alandalos (4/6), Lady Dauphin (4/1), Love Explodes (9/2), Brown Honey (7/1), Little Lady Luck (100/1)

Verdict

LADY DAUPHIN, the only previous winner in the field can follow up her Redcar victory with a triumph in this fillies only novice event. The selection looks likely to appreciate this step up in trip and she can get the better of Alandalos who has been contesting handicaps of late while third place can go to Love Explodes who is dropping back in distance.
  1. Lady Dauphin
  2. Alandalos
  3. Love Explodes
