Won each of his first three starts including a Group 2 at Glorious Goodwood. Failed to build on a promising Newmarket run back at Goodwood last time and may need more relief from the handicapper.

Famously thwarted a Dettori five-time at Royal Ascot. Failed to build on that when only beating one home at Goodwood last time out and the revised mark for his Ascot win looks on the stiff side.

Lingfield Listed winner (7f, AW) on return and ran well in two very competitive handicaps subsequently, including behind Biometric at Royal Ascot. Well beaten back at that venue last time but still looks feasibly handicapped; first-time tongue-tie.

Ran with credit in some decent races as a juvenile and got his head back in front at Newmarket earlier in the campaign. Has failed to build on that since and the handicapper has been slow to relent, dropped just 1lb for his latest effort.

Gained a first win on turf last time out, having done all of his previous winning on AW. 6lb penalty for that makes him hard to fancy here though in a much more competitive heat.

Won a pair of novice events before disappointing in his hat-trick bid last time out. However, less exposed than the remainder of his rivals and the step back up in trip should suit for handicap debut.

Made it four wins from eight starts at Newmarket last time out and arrives here bidding for a hat-trick. Revised mark leaves him needing more here though and might not get away with his regular slow starts in a race this competitive.

Made it two wins from four starts when landing a 6f novice event here on final start of 2018. Well beaten on his belated reappearance at Haydock but may have needed that run and open to improvement on just his second start in handicaps.

Impressive in his first two starts this year, landing back-to-back races at Musselburgh but it would appear the handicapper has caught up with him now. Never recovered from a poor start last time and others preferred.

Won twice as a juvenile and has been a little unlucky not to get his head in front so far this season, only denied by a nose last time out at Newmarket. That form looks solid and he's a player if he a step up in trip yields some improvement.

Has improved from novice company to win a pair of handicaps last month. Form of the latest win franked by the runner-up since and a 6lb rise could be manageable.

Improved debut to win a novice event last season and largely running well in defeat since prior to finishing well beaten here last time out over C&D. However, he's better than that effort and rates as the type to bounce straight back.

Novice winner on debut at Newcastle and bounced back from a poor run at Ayr to finish third back at that venue last time out. Step back up in trip should suit but this is tougher.

Took nine races to get off the mark but arrives bidding for a third straight C&D success having justified favouritism last time out. This looks tougher and a 7lb rise is on the harsh side but going the right way at least.

Won a maiden at Navan as a juvenile and off the mark for this yard at Doncaster on his second start of the season. Has failed to justify his prominent place in the market in two starts since though; makes first start since a wind operation.

Justified favouritism in a handicap at Kempton on final start of 2018 but that's his sole win and he's dipped in and out of form so far this campaign. Promising effort last time at Windsor but needs more from out of the handicap here.

Verdict

It might be worth taking a chance that FASTMAN will improve enough for the step up in trip to get his head in front here after a promising run at Newmarket last time out. It's worth forgiving King Of Tonga a rare below par effort here last time and he has place claims if back to his consistent best. Vitralite could be capable of better now handicapping and rates as an each-way player in a competitive finale. Edaraat is another threat in his hat-trick bid.
