Won this last year and arrives in top form after sweeping success in Group 2 Lennox Stakes last time, beating Hey Gaman by a length. 3lb worse off with that rval but looks sure to make a bold bid to defend his crown.
Not been at very best in four runs this term including when 8th behind Sir Dancealot at Goodwood last time where led until headed and hampered 1f out. Possible better at 6f.
Possibly blew up on first run for eight months when fifth behind Sir Dancealot at Goodwood last time having looked dangerous 1f out. Progressive last term and handles give underfoot so has to enter calculations.
Failed by just a neck to beat smart Limato over 7f penultimate start and not disgraced in Group 1 July Cup over 6f last time, finishing eighth to Ten Sovereigns. Suspicion he may have more to offer at this trip so worthy of serious consideration.
Weighted to dead-heat with Sir Dancelaot being 3lb better off for length defeat in Group 2 last time. Good second to smart Romanised previously having won well on two prior starts so no reason he shouldn't go close.
Group 1 6f winner who was second when favourite for this race two years ago but last of eight behind Sir Dancealot in last year's renewal. Returns from nine-month absence but has gone well fresh in the past so well worth a market check.
Won five of last seven starts and foiled in bid for four-timer this term when good third in Irish Group 2 behind Romanised last time, staying on. Any rain would help his cause and no surprise to see him run a good race again.
