Tough prominent racer but not quite at his best recent starts since winning at Beverley in June off this mark. Not inconceivable he could bounce back but others are preferred.
Third start for current yard and has been dropped 3lb since four-length second over C&D last month. Hasn't won a handicap since April 2017 although did land Salisbury 7f conditions race in October that year. Fairly weighted on pick of old form.
Ever-present in hot handicaps and was good fourth in International Handicap at Ascot last time. Best suited by big field and strong pace so this may not be ideal, but is 1lb lower than last winning mark so has to be very much respected.
Won first two starts last year but hasn't yet lived up to expectations. Returned from near nine-month break when well beaten at Doncaster last month. Should strip fitter off 2lb lower mark but has a bit to prove at present.
Broke a long losing streak when battling to narrow 7f success at HQ last time off 3lb lower mark. Had run well time before at Leicester too so is in good shape and may not be far away under in-form jockey.
Equally effective at 7f and a mile but has been handicapped to the hilt for some time. Gradually coming down the weights but may need a pound or two more to come off before she wins again.
Still 9lb higher than last winning turf mark from 2017. Won two AW handicaps last winter but out of form of late and doesn't really appeal on recent evidence.

George William (3/1), Graphite Storm (7/2), Breath Of Air (7/2), Ripp Orf (4/1), Pattie (9/2), Piece Of History (7/1), Love Dreams (9/1), Sanaadh (10/1), Toy Theatre (16/1)
BREATH OF AIR, the only three-year-old in the field, is expected to run a decent race here and should be better suited by this track than at Goodwood last time where he had little luck-in-running. On balance he has plenty going for him than his more exposed older rivals. George William will run his usual solid race here, and the admirable Ripp Orf has to be respected every time he runs, but Sanaadh could be more dangerous having hinted at better things to come at Newmarket last time in a good race. Graphite Storm, a brave winner at Newmarket last time, is another who should be thereabouts.
