Has been in good form recently. Was successful at Chester over 7½f and went close to scoring for the second time over that C&D last time when second of seven, beaten by just ¾L. This drop down in trip will help. One of the leading contenders.
Scored over this distance at Nottingham two starts back when the 6/4 favourite. Did not run badly last time in a big runner field at Newmarket where he came home in sixth place. This looks an easier assignment. Has a big chance.
Won for the second time in his career at Haydock last month over this trip. Finished seventh of 10 on his latest run at Newmarket (6f) in a class 2 contest. Back down in level so is one to be considered here.
Has a good strike-rate with five wins from 17 starts so far. Her latest success came at Doncaster three starts back over the extended 5f trip. Ran modestly well on his last two starts at a higher level at Newmarket. Each-way claims here.
Made a winning to start to his career on the AW at Kempton over 6f. Came close to another success on his latest appearance at Windsor (6f) when coming home second of 11. Has gone up 1lb but he remains a contender here.
His sole success so far came at Thirsk over this distance back in April. Latest form is as concern, including his most recent effort at Newmarket where he was last of six over 6f. Blinkers on for first time. Others make more of an appeal.
