Formerly useful handicapper but isn't the force of old. Hamilton victory seemed to flatter him and was proven when last of 16, beaten 33L, in 6f York handicap last month. Chance in an easier contest but gives weight all round.
Dual scorer over C&D in the past but losing run now stretches back to a year. Placed in all three starts this season, including 5L third over C&D latest, and that makes her the one to beat in a winnable contest.
Losing run now stretches to nearly four years and has proven to be inconsistent recently. Recent 2L defeat in 5f Beverley handicap in July and career low mark means he merits consideration.
C&D winner in June 2017 but hasn't hit the heights in handicap company for a while now. Good second in a seller here on penultimate start but flopped when ninth of 10 in 5f Catterick handicap last time. Cheekpieces left off now.
Started the season off in good form but has begun to tail off recently with a below-par sixth, beaten 5L, in 5f Hamilton handicap. usually performs better on faster ground.
