DIAMONIQUE has shown in the past to have an affiliation with this track and despite running with credit this season she has been given some leniency by the handicapper (dropped 1lb) and this looks a good opportunity against rivals who are likely to have seen better days. Red Pike has been tumbling down the handicap and with a slight return to form should see him go close in a weak race, while Jordan Electrics merits consideration if he can replicate any of his previous form over C&D, which has yielded a victory and some encouraging performances.
