17:35 Haydock Fri 9 August 2019
Very low-key on handicap debut at Hamilton (6f, good) and immediately eased a couple of pounds since; had shown some earlier promise in novice races, namely when nailed on the line at Carlisle (6f, good to soft); first start at 5f.
A filly who has shown all of her best form with cut underfoot; beaten a neck by Timetodock on handicap debut at Carlisle (6f, heavy) in May and has earlier Haydock experience on her CV; chance.
Mayson filly with a consistent profile (6f-7f); raised 1lb for finishing 1½L second to Dubai Elegance on handicap debut in a 6f Class 5 fillies' event (good to soft) on Saturday; first start at 5f.
100-1 runner-up to a well-handicapped rival over C&D (good to firm) in July, but beaten on all five subsequent starts and is now a 74-race maiden; can't realistically be considered.
10-race maiden; hardly overly enticing, but she would appear to appreciate soft ground; placed (beaten 1¾L) behind Aperitif over C&D latest, so must hold a chance of sorts if able to reproduce that form.
Won for Dean Ivory at Southwell (5f) on New Year's Day but hasn't beaten a single rival in four starts for Alan Berry; blinkers newly applied seeking a sharp (and much needed) upturn in fortunes.
