Isobar Wind bolted up in a C&D seller recently and probably isn't punitively handicapped despite carrying top-weight in today's contest so merits a degree of respect. However, a chance is taken on the Richard Fahey-trained Slade Power colt MR GUS who demonstrated clear promise when finishing well (fourth) from off the pace on nursery debut at Nottingham 18 days ago.
