Running well in defeat of late including when 1L third over this trip at Ayr (good-to-soft) last time out. Races off the same mark here and is one for the shortlist in this contest.
Placed in a 5f handicap at Pontefract (good-to-firm) in April but has disappointed in four subsequent outings. Races off a mark 3lb lower than for his most recent turf victory.
Seven race maiden finished well beaten over 7f at Epsom (good) last time out. Cheekpieces tried for the first time dropping back in trip.
Eight race maiden was beaten 24L when ninth of ten in a 6f handicap at Ripon (good) last time out. Blinkers worn for the first time that day replaced with blinkers for this event.
Dual winner in 2017 but disappointing this season including when 10L last of nine over C&D last time out. Well handicapped on his old form.
Broke his maiden when winning by a nose in a 15 runner 6f handicap at Nottingham (good) in June. Couple of decent efforts subsequently but disappointed at Thirsk (6f, good-to-firm) last time out.
Placed in a soft ground 6f handicap at Pontefract in June. Well held in three subsequent outings and is probably best watched at present.
Performed well when finishing ½L third to Viking Way in a 6f handicap at Nottingham (good) two months ago. Given a break since and is a notable runner racing from out of the handicap.
24 race maiden came within a neck of recording a first victory when runner-up in a soft ground 6f handicap at Ayr last week. Of interest despite racing from out of the handicap.
Failed to figure in four starts this campaign most recently when 9L 12th of 13 over 5f on soft ground here in June. Probably best watched from out of the handicap on return from a break.
Successful over 5f as a two-year-old but failed to score since and blinkers tried for the first time following two heavy defeats since joining this stable. Racing from out of the handicap.
