0-11 so far but outran his 50/1 odds on stable debut when second of 10 at Beverley (5f, good to firm) last month. Front-running tactics seemed to suit that day and the one to beat on that form.
Consistent in first six starts for David O'Meara this season before putting in a lacklustre effort over 6f at this venue when last seen. Has since switched yards and is 6lb above last winning mark, but claims if bouncing back to form.
Hasn't improved from promising debut last year but showed some signs of a revival when 3L fifth in 5f Redcar handicap last time out. Raced keenly that day but is tumbling down the weights and has each-way claims.
10-race maiden who has shown little promise since switching to this yard from Ger Lyons. Most recently tailed off in Catterick seller (6f) and has plenty to prove now back in distance.
Winner for Dean Ivory back in January but has been out of sorts for this yard, including when 18L last in 5f Haydock handicap on latest start. This is an easier contest but others make more appeal.
Raced too freely when poor seventh of nine at Catterick (6f, good to soft) 12 days ago but showed promise when third at Nottingham on penultimate start. 2lb lower for that effort and dangerous if back at best over this trip.
Showed some signs of intrigue when seventh in 5f Ayr handicap last time out but likely that effort was flattering and has been tailed off in all her starts previously. Opposable.
Forecasts
Skeetah (15/8), Four Wheel Drive (2/1), Champagne Mondays (4/1), Fairy Fast (9/2), De Latour (14/1), Pritty Livvy (50/1), Swiss Chime (50/1)
A weak-looking seller which looks to be a good opportunity for FOUR WHEEL DRIVE to belatedly shed his maiden tag. The gelding could be dangerous if he gets a soft lead, especially over this easier 5f trip than he contested last time out. Champagne Mondays is of interest off a very lenient mark and the drop back to the minimum trip could bring out some more improvement that he needs to be competitive, while Fairy Fast must bounce back to her best form, which would see her considered for the places.
