Plenty of promise in a couple of starts this term over this trip finishing in the runner-up position on both occasions. Looks a progressive type and looks a leading player looking at the card.

Now without a win in six start on turf, the daughter of Galileo appears to improve from race to race stepping up in trip. Can be expected to be a leading player in first-time blinkers and the mount of jockey in form.

Forecasts

Hazran (11/8), Sweet Dime (4/1), The Tooth Fairy (4/1), Girolamo (7/1), Aced It (8/1), Tranchee (10/1), The Virginian (12/1), Thou Art Peter (40/1), Broken Ice (50/1), Michael Hennery (50/1), Uncommonly (50/1), Planet Venus (50/1), Coasting Along (80/1)

Verdict

A race that won't take a lot of winning for the Mick Halford-trained HAZRAN. The Lope De Vega colt has been showing plenty of ability in his starts this term since April and can get off the mark at the fourth time of asking for connections in this contest. The Jessica Harrington-trained Sweet Dime and The Tooth Fairy for Aidan O'Brien and the in form Donnacha O'Brien can battle for the places while Tranchee in a first time visor and Aced It should not be underestimated.
