Ran well to finish 1L second in a small field novice event over an extended 5f at York (good-to-firm) when debuting just under a fortnight ago. Likely to prove hard to beat in this contest.
Unraced Due Diligence colt purchased for £13,000 at the breeze-up sales in April. Half-brother to a number of winning sprinters and is worth a check in the market with a hood worn on debut.
Signs of ability in three starts to date but was beaten 11L over 5f at Chester (good) last time out and likely more needed if he is to take this event.
Failed to build on a promising Windsor (5f, good) debut when a well held sixth at Yarmouth (5f, good-to-firm) last time out. Others hold stronger claims.

FANZONE sets the standard of those to have race and he is taken to get off the mark at the second time of asking in this small field novice event. The selection was placed on debut and he can go one better here at the chief expense of the newcomer Streamline who is from a speedy family while third place can go to Dreamy Rascal who can put a slightly disappointing effort last time out behind her.
