Winner of similar contest at Brighton in April and shaped as if a step up in trip was needed when fourth in 6f Lingfield novice on latest start. Has to improve under a penalty but has place claims if progressing again.

Put up a similar effort to good debut run when third of seven in Salisbury novice (6f, good to firm). Looked to be crying for this trip that day and is bred to better over 7f and above. On the shortlist.

Overcame greenness and bad luck in running to finish a strong second in 6f Newbury maiden nine days ago. Likely to have won if there was an extra 100 yards so the step up to 7f can only be a positive. Solid claims.

Well beaten on debut but put in an improved performance to finish fourth in maiden contest over C&D a week ago. More progression is needed and may be vulnerable to other rivals in the field.

€25,000 yearling. Stallion was a Group 1 winning two-year-old and out of a dam who won over 6f. Half-sister to three winners so merits a market check on debut but looks to be stable's second string on jockey bookings.
€18,000 yearling out of a mare who has produced a 2m novice hurdle winner and 7f winner Pollination. Not the most attractive pedigree on paper and likely to be more of a long-term prospect.

€17,000 yearling purchase. Dam showed little promise on the track up to 1m4f but has produced 6f winner Erich Bloch. However pedigree suggests she will progress over further and others make more appeal.

Didn't progress as hoped from good debut effort when 5L sixth in 7f Epsom maiden at the start of the month. Likely to be better than that in time and hails from a yard who excel with juveniles but the stiff track is a concern.

Outran her 28/1 odds when third in 6f novice contest at this track last month. Form of that race hasn't been tested since and is entitled to progression but yard hasn't had a juvenile winner this season. Can't be discounted.

Significant progression in each start to date, including when narrowly denied in 7f Doncaster novice last month. No reason why she cannot improve again and is a leading contender.

Daughter of 2014 Derby winner Australia and wasn't disgraced when fifth of 12 on debut at Lingfield (7f, good). Has a bit to find on ratings with Mrs Dukesbury and will probably be better over longer trips. Opposable.

Atmospheric (7/2), Fromnowon (4/1), Incognito (13/2), Blausee (7/1), Brazen Safa (7/1), Ananya (8/1), Mrs Dukesbury (10/1), Gonna Dancealot (16/1), Tinuviel (16/1), Wallaby (25/1), Junvieve (25/1), Magnificia (50/1)

Verdict

FROMNOWON took the eye on her debut when she was luckless throughout, which included her rider dropping the whip at a crucial stage, and looks to have the natural progression to step up again for the Richard Hannon yard, whose juveniles look to be coming to hand now. Blausee is entitled to be prominent in the betting but seems to find one too good and is becoming slightly exposed at this level while Atmospheric has shaped well enough in her two starts to date to suggest she will be vying for the places.
