Landed 1m6f Ffos Las handicap last summer off 61 for Hugo Palmer and has shown mixed form under both codes for current yard in five starts since move. Yet to conclusively prove she stays this trip.
Won 2m Lingfield handicap in March and ran well off 1lb lower mark at Kempton last time when solid second. In form and remains feasibly handicapped to should be thereabouts with young rider claiming 7lb.
Veteran dual C&D winner who has failed to recover form in four runs this year following 582-day absence. Handicapper eased him further 5lb but hard to recommend on recent racecourse evidence.
Landed C&D victory in November 2017 off 9lb higher mark but has shown only an occasional glimpse of form this season and been well beaten last two starts. Dropped 3lb following latest poor run and has plenty to prove at present.
Only wins have come over hurdles and is 0-24 on Flat. Failed by only a neck though over C&D in April off 2lb higher mark and was fair fourth on turf at Chepstow last time. Appears one of the likelier candidates.
Seeking a 16th career win and this veteran retains all his enthusiasm. Won over C&D in October and her over 1m4f in December, and run plenty of good races since. Staying on last two starts over 1m6f so every chance back up in trip.
15-race maiden who went closest to breaking his duck when beaten half a length over this trip at Chelmsford in January off 10lb higher mark. Failed to shine in four starts for current yard but potentially well handicapped if able to recover form.
Looked very slow in five starts for Harry Dunlop and finished tailed off last of 12 here on debut for current yard over 1m4f. Longer trip may help but remains very hard to fancy despite 6lb drop. Wears first-time visor.
Yard emerging from very quiet spell. Stayed on steadily on handicap bow over 1m4f and every chance he could improve over this extra half mile. Completely unexposed and may well go very close off modest mark.
Won twice over a mile for Clive Brittain and landed a 2m handicap chase for current yard in 2016. Fair run here penultimate start over 1m6f but tame effort last time at Chelmsford. Worth a try at this extra two furlongs.
Failed by just a head in 1m4f Hamilton handicap last year. Just two starts this campaign and failed to get a clear run last time trying 2m for first time. Not disgraced and first-time blinkers may help off 3lb lower mark.

Forecasts
Mon Frere (1/2), Kaylen's Mischief (3/1), Knight Commander (6/1), Bird For Life (9/1), Basildon (12/1), Kitty's Cove (16/1), Yasir (20/1), Omotesando (20/1), Pepper Street (25/1), Mood For Mischief (33/1), Guaracha (40/1), Uncle Bernie (66/1), Just Another Idea (150/1)
Most of these are fully exposed but not so MON FRERE, whose yard has had a very quiet time and is only just beginning to emerge from the doldrums. He showed ability last time on handicap bow and the extra four furlongs could be the making of him. Knight Commander and Bird For Life both have both have claims if things go their way, while bottom weight Kitty's Cove and old boy Yasir both come into the reckoning as well. If he stays, bumper winner Basildon may figure with a good jockey booked.
- Mon Frere
- Kitty's Cove
- Basildon
