Not a contest that holds much depth beyond the main players unless Amangiri takes to this discipline although his failure to enter the stalls on his last two starts hardly gives you a confident feeling about his attitude. The weight that ILLUSTRISSIME receives on his hurdling debut from Panko just tips the scales in his direction especially as he comes from a yard that do well with their summer jumpers here and he was rated almost the same as his main rival on the Flat. Sweet Flora would be a surprise winner but it won’t be a shock to see her step forward again on her hurdles debut having shown some ability in a bumper last time.
