Veteran who has consistently delivered the goods on the big stage at Galway (7f-1m+) in recent years; back with former trainer Brian Ellison of late and continuing to ease in the weights; ideally suited by a softer racing surface.

6lb lower than when beating the Mark Johnston-trained Tight Lines by a neck in this race in 2018; reasonably consistent throughout 2019 and rates as a definite contender on May's C&D second to Kylie Rules (form solid).

Sole win came for Clive Cox in a 6f fillies' novice at Haydock (heavy) last October; 0-2 for Mark Johnston and one can't help but wonder whether or not she has the required stamina reserves for this trip (untested).

Ghayyar (2/1), How Bizarre (5/2), Welcoming (10/3), Be Kool (5/1), Joe The Beau (6/1), Dream Walker (7/1)

Verdict

A compact field of six in which it would be perfectly acceptable to form a positive argument with regards the chances of at least two or three of the runners with only Welcoming (trip) and Dream Walker (current form) really opposed. However, the selection falls on the 2018 race winner GHAYYAR who finished a creditable second to the Archie Watson-trained Harvey Dent at Carlisle latest, and also filled that same spot (from today's mark) behind the progressive Kylie Rules over C&D earlier in the season.
