Calmly won a Listed race last time out at Cork over a mile have previously been running well in handicaps up to 1m4f. There could still be some improvement to come and very one for any shortlist in this contest.
Has found things a little tough off her current handicap mark but is a consistent mare who generally runs her race. Suited by a fast surface and has run well at this track in the past but on balance others preferred.
Not beaten too far on his latest start at the Curragh having previously been all out to score at the same track in May. Suspicion is he is too high in the weights at present but this course and distance winner may have reasonable place claims.
Debatable whether he would have won last time when promoted to second place after interference over this course and distance in June. Still, that was as good an effort for a long while and has to be considered for a place at the very least.
Relatively lightly-raced and highly tried colt last seen out at Royal Ascot in the King George V Stakes. Never able to get involved that day but is well thought of and is very slowly slipping down the handicap. Respected.
Put in a gutsy performance to score last time out at Navan in June and there could be some more improvement in the gelding. Expected conditions not expected to bring out the best in him but and sign of rain would help his chances.
Showed he had improved with age when scoring at Cork on his reappearance before below par on the dirt in America. Returned to this trip last time out after a short break and should be fitter here. Worth a look in the market.
Useful dual performer who is having his first run on the level since last October. Rarely runs a poor race though does not win so often. Looks well handicapped however and is a notable contender especially if the money is down.
Has useful form (won five times last season) and ran well on fast ground when second behind Aussie Valentine at the Curragh in May. Step up in trip is an unknown and may be a little too high in the weights at present.
