Showcasing colt who was foaled on February 4. His dam is an unraced sister to Yucatan who was successful over 1m4f. Trainer has been in good form recently. Keep an eye out for any market support.
Galileo colt who was foaled on February 10. His dam was a winner at 1m and is closely related to Furner's Green who also won at 1m. Yard have to be respected with their two-year-olds. Likely to better down the line.
Kodiac colt who is a 210,000 guineas foal. A brother to Spirit of Xian who won up to 1m1f. His dam was a maiden and never raced beyond 7f. Look out for any market confidence on debut.
Made a promising start on his debut at the Curragh when third of nine over 7f. Was then fancied to break his maiden at Gowran Park over the same trip but had to settle for second of seven. Leading player with experience on his side.
Has gone close to breaking his maiden on two occasions, including latest run when second of nine over 6f at Fairyhouse where he was only beaten by a neck after going off as the 11/4 favourite. Step up to 7f may help. One for shortlist.
Made a promising start at the Curragh (6f) on his debut, finishing second of eight runners. Did not disgrace himself on last start in the Chesham Stakes (7f) at Royal Ascot, as he was seventh of 14 in the Listed race. Easier task today. One to beat.
Was eighth of 17 at this track over 6f on his debut last month after going off at 50/1. Will have learned from her opening run and is now stepping up 1f. Others demand more attention in the race though.
Started out at Limerick over this distance last month where she had to settle for seventh of nine runners. Entitled to improve for that opening outing now she knows what it is all about. One to watch.
Forecasts
Year Of The Tiger (4/9), Mythologic (9/2), Never Before (8/1), Innisfree (10/1), Free Solo (10/1), London Holidays (25/1), Sailing South (33/1), Pikaia (33/1)
Connections clearly think a lot of YEAR OF THE TIGER to run him at Royal Ascot in the Chesham Stakes where he did not perform too badly in the Listed contest. This is a good chance for him to break his maiden and move on to bigger things later in the season. Mythologic and Never Before both have come close to scoring and have enough experience now to challenge here for their first win.
