Beaten by a good horse on his debut last year and improved slightly on his third starts when 8L third in 7f novice race at Salisbury last time. Wasn't hard pressed that day and will improve for that run. Respected.
Good third at Windsor two starts ago but flopped badly at Lingfield (6f, good) on latest start. Awkward start cost him that day and now has a bit to prove, but claims on best form.
Placed in four of her five starts in her career, and wasn't beaten far when third in 6f Carlisle novice race in mid-June. Hasn't looked genuine in a tight finish which may be a concern but sets the standard.
Slightly regressed from promising form when sixth of 16 at Lingfield (6f, good) when last seen. Was drawn on the wrong side of the track that day and wasn't knocked about in closing stages. Entitled to do better.
Generally been consistent for new stable and latest third in 6f Windsor contest was a return to form. May just be vulnerable to one or two rivals but has each-way claims.
Looks to be improving with racing when good third at Newmarket two starts ago before being no match for easy winner at York (7f, good to firm) last time out. That form looks strong and appreciates fast ground. One for the shortlist.
Lightly raced gelding who hasn't been beaten far in all three starts, most recently when sixth of nine at Lingfield (7f, standard) in February. Hails from a powerful yard and operation could bring out some improvement in him.

In what looks to be a very competitive and open three-year-old maiden for this time of the season, preference is for SOCIETY GUEST who has came to hand quite nicely in her last couple of starts and came up against a likely group-class performer on her latest start. That form looks strong and with her experience she is the one to beat. A case can be made for all of the field, but Desert Land was given an easy time on his last run and is likely to be more competitive, while Rhossili Down has consistency, but her attitude in a dogfight has been brought into question.
