Beaten a head by Collide over C&D in April, and would hold every chance on that form, but he's failed to fire fully since, and latest effort here, when eighth of 12 to Desert Wind, gives him plenty to prove.
Didn't shape too badly when fourth on his return to action at Chelmsford in May, but failed to repeat that effort next time at the same venue, and needs to put his best foot forward to snap a losing run stretching back to December 2017.
Chasing a four-timer after wins on the AW at Wolverhampton and two races (with plenty of give in the ground) on turf. He's 9lb higher than when last seen out and the absence since October is a concern, but he's clearly of interest.
Victorious on first two starts this year including by a neck over 1¼m at Lingfield in April. Good third at Chelmsford next time, and off for seven weeks before a below-par effort there on latest start. May pay to forgive that run given the context.
Shaped well when a keeping-on fifth of 16 in the Rosebery Handicap over 1m3f here on his return, and has won two from two since, both at Epsom. Continues to go the right way, and probably the one to beat again.
Reliable sort who has won a pair of 1¼m handicaps at Windsor this year. Eased when well on top for latest win, but handicapper noted that, and a 7lb rise looks about right, notwithstanding that two of his three rivals won next time.
C&D winner who resumed her progress with a staying-on success over 1½m at Wolverhampton in April. Well beaten when attempting to follow up at Sandown (1¾m), and while the return to track and trip will suit, her yard is very quiet at present.
Forecasts
Soto Sizzler (1/1), Deja (5/1), El Ghazwani (7/1), Highbrow (8/1), Al Hamdany (10/1), Lawn Ranger (16/1), Point In Time (20/1)
Deja has an appealing profile having won all three since debut, but he's been off since winning at Pontefract in October, and it's not hard to poke holes in that form. On the other hand, SOTO SIZZLER is going from strength to strength at this trip, and he can bring up his hat-trick after scoring twice at Kempton. Lawn Ranger beat two subsequent winners whan making all for an eased-down success at Windsor last time, and it would be dangerous to assume the handicapper has stopped him despite a 7lb rise for that success.
