Unplaced in eight career starts but comes here off the back of probably a career best when fifth of 15 over the trip at Nottingham which was post wind surgery. Gets a further 1lb back so first placing is a possibility.
1L second at Brighton two starts ago suggested return to winning ways but was well held next at the same course in third beaten 5L. Same mark as both of those today so should at least be in the shake-up.
Dual course winner over 1m3½f but ended last season on a sour note with a string of below par efforts. Never won first time out so expect him to need the run here.
Won just three of 42 starts and is now on a 17-race losing run. Placed a few times during the barren spell and handicap is within range especially with excellent claimer value for his 7lb but remains a risky proposition.
Maiden of nine starts but last three efforts in handicaps around this trip have all been fair particularly his fourth at Lingfield behind a progressive sort. This race has less such types and he is expected to go close now.
Disappointed penultimately at Salisbury (10th of 11) after a season-best third and was completely tailed off at Brighton most recently. Hard to recommend after that.
Third of 12 at Nottingham and fourth of 14 over C&D to start this season were encouraging but was well beaten over 1m3½f here latest and past form suggests she does stay that trip so more to the flop than that. Others preferred.
Had been running pretty well until flopping at Chelmsford latest although had an awful draw there in her defence. Visor added today and not totally ruled out although 1-21 record dampens enthusiasm.
Shown little over trips around 1m but massive improvement latest when 25/1 head second at Lingfield over 1m4f under changed tactics. Perhaps similar front-running effort over this trip will see her ideally suited so has genuine claims now.
Ran a couple of decent races at Chelmsford until inexplicably tailed off by 24L latest there. That leaves question marks over him as does the fact that he's never won beyond 6f.
Four-race maiden was ninth of 11 on handicap debut at Lingfield (1m2f) beaten 5L but after struggling most of the way he did stay on a little late in the day so perhaps can make his mark over 1m4f plus.
21-race maiden who hasn't made the frame in her last 10 starts. Easy to dismiss.
Twice third over this trip before probably getting bogged gown in heavy here latest when a well beaten fourth. Gets 2lb back today and in a very winnable contest she looks capable of making a bold bid.
Unplaced in seven career starts between 5f and 1m. Another new trip and more headgear tried but yet to hint that any underlying talent is waiting to be unlocked.

In a very weak contest filled with exposed and/or declining older horses three-year-olds are surely the way to turn here. Michael Bell's SWISS PEAK ran well behind an improver in a three-year-old only handicap at Lingfield latest and can build on that to go close here. Elsie Violet who ran far and away a career best latest and generally consistent sort Red Archangel are also expected to make their presence felt.
