Best effort when second in a Listed race at Nottingham last month but was never a factor in a similar race at Haydock in his latest start. This is a tough as from an 8lb higher mark than the last time she raced in a handicaps.
Ran well to be placed over C&D last summer and followed that up with a win at Nottingham shortly afterwards. Hit with a stiff mark since and has struggled as a result. Needs to bounce back from several modest efforts.
Ran better than the finishing position suggests in a large-sized field at York last time out and will appreciate this less hectic atmosphere. Already has a C&D win to her name and noteworthy she's been dropped 3lb since last time. Solid option.
C&D winner in an apprentices' race last month but held from this mark in this grade last time out. Excellent jockey booking but the partnership has a stiff test ahead.
Only 3lb higher than her last winning mark but has lacked resolution in a battle on more than one occasion has a bit to prove after throwing in the towel inside the final furlong again last time out.
Plenty to like about the effort shown in her last two starts and, given that she gets weigh from her elders, the filly has a reasonably solid chance of at least making the frame on these terms. Worth a place on the shortlist.

This looks easier than the latest assignment for FIRELIGHT and the Andrew Balding-trained filly can make more of impact in this smaller field. Night Secret and Be Like Me get weight form the older brigade and also merit serious consideration.
