Several good efforts rewarded with a victory at Kempton last month; held from this mark since but ran still ran OK in defeat at the same course. Stiff test from career highest mark.
Easy winner of a seller at Leicester for Richard Fahey last August but only raced twice since; was well held both times and yet to fire for her current yard.
Justified favouritism when making a winning seasonal/handicap debut at Yarmouth last month; that was his first attempt at a mile but he ran on strongly and has the potential to cope with the 5lb rise in the weights. Sound claims.
Good chance at the weights on a form line through her latest start at Yarmouth; more exposed than some but and is still a maiden. However, the filly has improved since joining her current yard, so merits a betting check.
Gets a mile well and has been placed over the trip in both her last two starts; has C&D experience too (the winner of that race has since won a Listed race over 2f further). A 4lb higher means a career best is needed.
In her second spell with her current trainer and worth noting that 4 of her 6 career wins at this course has been registered over C&D; went close here again last week and worth considering from her lowest mark for quite some time.
Best effort for a while when placed at Yarmouth earlier this month bu that form is ordinary and others make more appeal even though she's won from this lowly rating before now.
Still a maiden and has made very little impact in any of her previous races; certainly not enough to suggest that dropping to a mile will suddenly provide the key. (Only her fourth start with her current trainer though.)
Out of the weights and never yet convinced that a mile is an ideal trip for him; on 31-race losing run before today and likely that statistic will be extended on these unfavourable terms.
Makes her handicap debut after three moderate efforts in two novices stakes and a maiden; big improvement needed on her debut in a race of this nature but does have scope from such a low mark.

Scoffsman (9/4), Trulee Scrumptious (7/2), Beguiling Charm (9/2), Angel's Whisper (5/1), Coverham (6/1), Molly Mai (10/1), Boxatricks (14/1), Baashiq (14/1), Winterkoenigin (14/1), Ishallak (25/1), Rotherhithe (33/1), Masai Spirit (33/1), Malaysian Boleh (50/1)
SCOFFSMAN is unexposed at this trip and has the scope to handle the 5lb rise for making a winning seasonal return at Yarmouth last month; the selection can help for the pace and could be hard to resist now his fitness has been topped up. Angel's Whisper doesn't have too much to find and can get competitive on these terms, as can course specialist Trulee Scrumptious, who chases a fifth C&D success - and what would be a seventh July course win in total - from her lowest mark for a good while. Baashiq is also on a handy mark but might just need the run as he makes his first appearance since March. The betting can guide where he is concerned.
- Scoffsman
- Angel's Whisper
- Trulee Scrumptious
