Declared Beverley 2.30 Tuesday. 6½L third at Beverley (1m½f, good) on her reappearance. Same mark here and has claims now she returns to this stiff 7f, if taking her chance.
Dual winner over this trip, including last month at Ayr (good to firm), when 4lb lower. Went close after a 2lb rise last time. Up another 2lb here, so more needed, but much respected.
Won over this trip at Thirsk (good) last month, when 6lb lower. Has run well all three starts since. Entitled to serious consideration, despite another 2lb upward nudge.
Declared 8.15 Newbury Tuesday. Won from 3lb higher on AW last month, but 0-7 on turf. Ran well when 1¼L third when dropped back to 6f at Lingfield (good to firm) two starts ago, and can't rule her out if turning up.
Made steady improvement in the winter, and returned from a break to get off the mark here (6f, good to soft) recently. Did that readily, and step up to this trip should be no problem. Leading contender.
Forecasts
Caustic Love (6/4), Polyphony (11/4), Supaulette (5/1), Javelin (11/2), Harvest Day (8/1)
Both Javelin and Harvest Day could go well if taking their chance here after Tuesday declarations, but preference is for CAUSTIC LOVE, who was a ready winner last time at the track and can add to that success now upped in trip. Supaulette and Polyphony can both be competitive.
