Produced best effort for a long while when scoring easily over this course and distance in May despite making a few mistakes. That represents the best recent form of those on show and expected to run another solid race.
Had some excellent form last season including when not beaten far in a Grade 1 at Aintree. Has been disappointing this season (pulled up twice) but has been given a break and that may have freshened him up. Shorter than ideal trip a slight concern.
Shaped well on handicap debut after wind surgery to put in a creditable effort at Uttoxeter last month. More needed to get competitive against some more experienced rivals but interesting chaser who will win more races in time.
Won a maiden chase in 2017 before falling next time out. That must have knocked his confidence as he was then sent hurdling where he was consistent but without success. In good form of late and could go well if taking to fences again.
Won a competitive hurdle at Haydock two months ago before landing two chases at Warwick and at this track. More needed against some useful rivals but certainly in-form and loves this track.
