Showed big improvement on season and handicap debut when winning at Haydock (5f, soft; 25-1). Seemingly enjoyed the switch to a soft surface and won going away. Up 8lb but a lot more to offer now.
Gelded after busy, though winless, 2018 campaign where he mixed turf/AW racing; no improvement on recent comeback at Lingfield (7f, AW; 20-1) and has plenty to find.
Still unexposed but has yet to really look like the finished article, fair run at Goodwood (6f, soft; 12-1) recently but far from certain this drop to 5f will suit.
Shock winner of Newmarket novice (6f, good to firm; 25-1) last June; hasn't looked like adding to tally since, including three lacklustre runs this term.
0-6 now after recent Goodwood run (6f, soft; 16-1) when seventh of nine. Eased another 3lb by the assessor, will have to improve to take advantage of that.
Dual winner over this trip last year on heavy/good ground. Now back on winning mark and has been competitive on all five starts this year, another win shouldn't be too far off.
Couple of wins in Class 6 company on the AW early this year, though well-held in three most recent starts in that sphere. Was poor on only previous turf start at Newmarket (6f, good to soft; 100-1) in the autumn.
Filly has two wins in her last four starts, scoring over C&D in April (good; 20-1) in April and again this month at Bath (5½f, good to soft; 14-1). The two runs in between were poor, so must now prove she can be consistent.
13-race maiden, showing only fleeting glimpses of ability; finished eighth of 10 at Goodwood (5f, good to firm; 33-1) last month having raced in rear and never posed a threat.
Supported in betting for last month's handicap bow at Chelmsford (5f, AW; 5-2f) and finished fourth of 10 (held up). Oisin Murphy returns for this turf bow and could be capable of a big say.
Ran a reasonable race at Yarmouth (6f, good; 8-1) on her penultimate start on fast ground. Held every chance on soft ground at Leicester (7f, soft; 20-1) last time out before weakening quickly. First-time blinkers/tongue tie on, must do better.
Six-race maiden, routinely going off at three-figure prices and yet to finish with hailing distance of a winner; including when dropped to this trip at Goodwood last month. Easier to look elsewhere.
Forecasts
Celsius (9/4), Mrs Worthington (5/1), Valentino Sunrise (5/1), Fancy Flyer (7/1), Mayfair Madame (9/1), Ever Rock (10/1), Sarsaparilla Kit (11/1), Aquarius (14/1), Starchant (20/1), Sweet Forgetme Not (28/1), Sister of The Sign (33/1), Dark Impulse (100/1)
Valentino Sunrise has been in consistent form this term and should have his nose in front before long but he might have to settle for minors here with CELSIUS the one to beat. After a much-improved handicap debut success at Haydock, there may be plenty more to come and he can defy the assessor. Sarsaparilla Kit was perhaps given too much to do last time at Chelmsford and Oisin Murphy's mount is a live danger.
