Has produced a number of creditable runs on turf since April, second of 16 earlier this month at Navan, the highlight. Open to more improvement and a leading contender.

C&D who has looked a little overwhelmed since returning to action earlier this month. Now running 13lb lower than last winning mark the Acclamation gelding needs to recover some old form to play a role.

Former 86-rated handicapper for trainer Paul Cole, the frequent visitor to the track - eighth run since the end of March - the son of Mayson finished second of 12 beaten a head at Sligo earlier this month. Leading player.

Daughter of Elzaam, has the better form over this trip from three career starts since April. Possibly best watched on handicap debut unless the market suggests otherwise.

Four-race maiden on turf, has been in poor form in a couple of starts at Down Royal and Fairyhouse recently. First time cheekpieces could well trigger improvement needed.

Winner of two of his 25 turf starts on the Flat, but is running 30lb lower than his last winning mark. Out of sorts recently and impossible to make a case for.

Yet to win in 14 starts including nine on turf and well beaten on yard debut and second start at Navan earlier this month. Has work to do again based on current form.

10-race maiden who is yet to hit the frame in nine starts on turf. Others look to be progressing at a quicker rate so needs to up her game sooner rather than later.

Usually seen on the AW at Dundalk running without success. Daughter of Byron has been well held in three starts on turf and the mare looks vulnerable in this company.

33/1
C&D winner who is one from 17 starts on turf and is running here 2lb lower than last winning mark. Can give a good account of herself without worrying the main protagonists.

7/1
12-race maiden who is yet to hit the frame in 10 starts on turf. First time cheekpieces unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Age: 8|  Weight: 8-5| J: Nathan Crosse(7)| T: W McCreery| OR:  45| CD
7/1
Winner of three of her 39 starts on turf and comes here 11lb lower than her last winning mark. Daughter of Camacho has been running well in defeat in a number of runs since March and very much a lively one here in first time visor.

10-race maiden wears a first time hood on first start coming off the back of a long absence. Hard to see him making any significant impact.

Verdict

Just caught in the shadows of the post at Sligo on Tuesday on stable debut, MAY REMAIN can win the third race of his career on just his second start for the yard. The son of Mayson can land the spoils here at the expense of recent Navan runner-up, Art Of Unity and Snow Patch who has underrated form on turf. Wild Cat Bob, Sweetest Taboo and D K Travel are not easily dismissed.
  1. May Remain
  2. Art Of Unity
  3. Snow Patch
