Ivawood filly, cost £18,000 as a yearling. Half-sister to sprint winners. Looked in need of the run on debut, getting the hang of things late on to get up for second. Sure to improve here.
A maiden after three starts, well beaten on firm ground at Bath last time. May improve for some cut in the ground and the step up in trip here but hard to make a case for on what we've seen to date.
Won on debut at Navan but only fourth of five in a Listed event at the Curragh next time, seemingly not seeing out the trip. Stiff 6f here not guaranteed to suit.
Shaped with promise on debut and ran a huge race when third in a Naas Group 3 over the same C&D next time (jockey 1lb overweight). Travelled eye-catchingly well in that contest but softer ground would be a concern given her pedigree.
City Zip filly, cost $32,000 as a yearling. Dam a Listed winner over further. Scored with the minimum of fuss on Keeneland debut. Step up in trip looks sure to suit on pedigree and switch to turf could suit; fascinating contender.
Bated Breath filly, cost £75,000 as a yearling. Speedily bred. Form of her Newmarket debut win paid a huge compliment when the runner-up won the Queen Mary on Wednesday. Different ground but should go well.
Due Diligence filly, cost €55,000 as a Breeze-up purchase. Soft ground winner on debut at Windsor but that was a blanket finish and unlikely that form will be strong enough to see her play a part at this level.
Dutch Art filly, sister to a Listed winner over this trip. Won a Carlisle maiden in soft ground on sole start to date, overcoming a slow start. Form of that race let down since though and looks vulnerable here.
Well backed prior to her Redcar debut and justified short priced favouritism but turned over at odds-on in Salisbury run since. The winner from that has won a Listed race since though and she may do better if she can settle here.
Maiden winner at Yarmouth on debut but beaten a long way in a Listed race at York next time (Galadriel fourth). More needed.
Good fourth in a Listed race at York last time, shaping like she would relish this step up in trip. Pedigree suggests as much and rates as a live contender with sizable improvement a distinct possibility.
Brazen Beau filly, beaten a long way on debut and bred for further than this; almost certainly best watched. Wears first-time cheekpieces.
Caused a big upset when winning at 33/1 on debut at Sandown. Stayed on well that day, suggesting this step up in trip could be in her favour but the form isn't working out from that race. Others preferred.
Form of her debut second has been boosted by the winner and runner-up in a Listed race at Sandown next time out, despite being outpaced early. Sure to appreciate this step up in trip and worth considering, despite needing more.
Improved from debut when bolting up by 5L at Windsor last time, more clued up than the rest of her rivals. Runner-up has won since and she's bred to appreciate this extra furlong; each-way claims.
No Nay Never filly, cost 72,000 gns as a yearling. Couldn't have done any more when winning in easy fashion at Lingfield (AW), beating an odds-on Godolphin filly. Jockey booking catches the eye and she's a fascinating contender on turf debut.
In need of the run on debut but won in good fashion at the Curragh next time out. Proven with some cut in the ground. Smooth traveller who shouldn't be underestimated.
Won a maiden at Naas on debut and while she was comprehensively beaten by a smart sort next time, she pulled a long way of the third horse. Will need more in this event.
3L third on debut at Beverley but she met some trouble in running on more than one occasion and the winner of that race ran well when fourth in the Queen Mary on Wednesday. May do better.
Carpe Diem filly, cost $230,000 as a yearling. Practically won on the bridle at Keeneland on debut when beating a well bred stablemate. Step up in trip could suit and related to some turf winners; interesting contender.
Gleneagles filly, cost 500,000 gns as a yearling. Closely related to Group 2 winner and half-sister to two speedy types. Creditable debut behind two well bred sorts at the Curragh. Yard's debutantes often improve markedly for the run.
Cable Bay filly, off the mark at the third attempt at Lingfield (good to firm, 5f). Much more needed here though up in trip.
Last of nine on debut but caused an upset when winning at 33/1 at Kempton on second start. That level of form a long way below what is required here though.
War Front filly, dam a Group 2 winner, a sister to juvenile Group 2 6f winner Japan. Very impressive win on debut at Goodwood but the runner-up didn't do anything for the form next time. Not one to put a line through given how well bred she is.
Narrowly denied when a short price on debut at Naas and ran okay in a Group 3 over same C&D next time out without ever threatening to win. Certainly not one to rule out just yet but Moore prefers Precious Moments.

There's been some big priced winners of this in recent times and many have some sort of chance in this year's renewal. Wesley Ward's pair Nayibeth and Chili Petin look interesting after easy maiden wins. A couple of runners have had their form upgraded since the start of the week, most notably Daahyeh and Moon Of Love. However, it might be worth taking a chance on LIL GREY for Sheila Lavery. The daughter of Starspangledbanner travelled all over her rivals before scooting clear at the Curragh last time and she looked like she would come on again for that run. Precious Moments and Silent Wave are two more well bred types worth consideration.
- Lil Grey
- Chili Petin
- Moon Of Love
