Faced some stiff tasks last term after winning over 7f here in May for Chris Wall. Below form for new yard, notably so at Ascot last time, and cheekpieces tried now. Hard to fancy, albeit 13lb below his last winning mark.
All out when winning in the mud at Haydock (1m, heavy) last week, and penalised for that success. His earlier Wetherby win was given a boost by Shawaamekh at York on Friday, so he has obvious claims despite his extra burden.
Sole win was in a 6f Kempton maiden in 2016. Has run creditably in handicaps on turf and Polytrack without winning since, and possible he'll need this having been off since early January.
Successful on four of his nine AW starts, all at Wolverhampton. Probably needed the run there after a break last month, but yet to score on turf, and others preferred here.
Raised 3lb following quick ground win over this trip at Salisbury. Has handled softer ground in the past and proving a consistent performer. Open to more improvement now on turf and a likely contender.
Both previous career wins achieved at Wolverhampton and best on a synthetic surface for Karl Burke. Below form on both starts for current yard, and remains easy to oppose on this surface.
Cost connections 125,000gns in October 2017 from Jeremy Noseda. Has failed to make the frame on turf for current yard, but often shapes better than the result from the front, and now tried in a new headgear combination having been hooded of late.
Versatile AW performer who is not so good on turf, albeit not holding much chance the way the race unfolded on stable debut at Newbury last month. Others preferred once more.
Hasn't progressed since a promising debut, although weakened only late at Windsor last month on his final qualifying run. Hard to weigh up cutting back in trip, but market should guide.
Losing run stretches back to August 2017 despite falling mark. Conditions are fine but pulled up on hurdles debut in January and tailed off back on the Flat twice since. Remains best watched.
All six wins have come here, including this race two years ago. Only ninth last year for another yard, and although she won later in the summer, two runs this season suggest she has regressed since then.
Won at Yarmouth last year, and possibly still in need of the run when fifth of 11 to Fitzrovia there last week, but he's well out of the weights here, and will do well to make the frame.

Lots of these are under a cloud at present, and ZODIAKOS won't need to improve to follow up his recent win at Haydock. Marshal Dan is another in form, and he's unexposed in comparison to most, so looks the main danger ahead of Me Too Nagasaki, who would be dangerous if allowed a soft lead.
