Eight-race maiden who is fitted with cheekpieces seeking an elusive first win; hasn't really improved since stepping up in trip (1m2f-1m3f+), so others are preferred.
5lb higher than when winning on handicap debut at Wolverhampton (1m4f) - the second Willkommen and the fourth Glutnforpunishment (twice) have won since; on the premises again at Windsor latest; blinkers could just sharpen his focus a fraction more.
13-race maiden who is difficult to knock in terms of consistency at least; 1lb lower than when beaten 5L by Archdeacon on the Polytrack at Chelmsford (1m2f) three weeks ago; obvious stamina reservations over a new trip.
Placed on each of her last two starts, including when beaten 2½L (third) at Brighton on Tuesday evening; versatile in terms of underfoot conditions; holds place claims assuming that the recent travelling hasn't taken its toll.
Not beaten too far on seasonal reappearance at Lingfield (1m2f, standard); more needed in order to get competitive, but is open to improvement over this longer trip.
Ten-race maiden who has fallen 10lb in the weights since switched to handicapping at Wolverhampton in January; it's tough to envisage her having a positive role to play unless the first-time blinkers work the oracle.
Lowly-rated Kyllachy filly who carries the John Dance silks; has stamina in her pedigree (half-sister to the 1m4f-2m winner Arrowtown); worthy of a market check on her first start beyond 1m1f.
Started at big prices on each of his first three outings (7f-1m2f); up in trip, but makes very little appeal on handicap debut.
Increasingly poor performances (0-4), finishing last of nine to Victoriano on handicap debut at Redcar (1m6f, good to firm); not the solution today, or any other day for that matter.

Division 1 of a low-key Class 6 handicap, in which a couple of the declared runners have had unorthodox preparations. Stone Cougar (Mark Johnston) finished third at the opposite end of the country on Tuesday evening, while Lady Shanawell (Ben Haslam) had a spin over hurdles on Derby Day. Preservation has shown little ability so far, but with a pedigree which implies that this longer trip should suit she's worthy of a market check. However, the solid option is the newly-blinkered GOLD ARCH. The form of his 1m4f Wolverhampton win is working out extremely well and if replicating that effort back on turf, he should go close off a 5lb higher mark.
