Five-race maiden; turned in a woeful performance when upped to 1m4f at Thirsk (good to firm) 16 days ago, and is quickly/sensibly dropped back in trip; his best form to date came over 1m at Thirsk in August 2018.
Versatile type who has held his form despite a weights rise since winning by just over 2L at Wolverhampton (1m+) early last month; twice second over an extended mile here in August 2018 (off a much lower handicap mark).
Well-related 4yo (half-brother to three winners); hasn't raced on turf since August 2018; beaten 5½L (fourth) by Insurplus over 1m on Tapeta at Newcastle in March; off since; watch the market for relevant clues.
Newcastle AW winner (7f) with a moderate overall strike-rate (1-22). However, he generally runs his usual solid race in these low grade handicaps, as was the case when finishing third to Majeste over C&D (soft) three weeks ago.
Slowly away (as is his tradition) when somehow finding the reserves to come from last to first at Carlisle (1m, good to soft) last week; lines up for an in-form trainer under a 6lb penalty; his chance would improve significantly with a better start.
Six-race maiden; cut out much of the early pace before weakening when finishing fourth of 12 to Betty Grable over C&D (soft) three weeks ago; faster ground could aid his cause, albeit others are more compelling.
There or thereabouts on all three handicap starts, including when beaten ¾L by Remembering You at Wetherby (1m, good); inching up the weights but should remain competitive and can't be dismissed.
Stood and delivered when beating Captain Peaky by a nose in this contest 12 months ago (soft); hardly the most prolific overall, although did have the misfortune to bump into Jackhammer at Carlisle latest; ideally needs rain.
Hasn't shown much in the way of promise in four previous starts, including on Redcar handicap debut (13th of 14); clearly isn't the solution unless the application of a first-time hood leads to a total transformation.

Three Castles (10/3), Allux Boy (7/2), I Am Dandy (9/2), Hector's Here (5/1), Millie The Minx (11/2), Broctune Red (8/1), Highwayman (8/1), Poyle George Two (8/1), Don't Be Surprised (14/1), Move In Faster (25/1), Harperelle (25/1), Happy Hannah (33/1)
Probably the most competitive race on today's Hamilton card with a number of those declared coming into action off the back of respectable recent efforts. For those prepared to wait for the in-running market to develop, it's likely that the Carlisle winner Three Castles will be trading at far bigger odds immediately after the start (regularly slowly away) than his actual SP. The likes of Hector's Here, I Am Dandy and Allux Boy all enter the thinking, but for very small stakes the lowly-rated dual purpose mare MILLIE THE MINX gets the nod after a much improved Flat effort at Carlisle last week.
