Good second over 1m4f at Doncaster (good) on seasonal debut in April. Disappointed in two subsequent starts however and others appear to hold stronger claims.
Promising 3L seventh in a 1m2f event at Ripon (good) on handicap debut earlier this month. Cheekpieces worn for the first time that day are retained stepping up in distance.
Signs of ability in two starts over 1m earlier this year but struggled upped to 1m2f at Haydock (good-to-firm) last time out and is probably best watched at present.
Ran well when 5L fourth in a 1m2f handicap at Nottingham (good) on stable and seasonal debut earlier this month. Interesting stepping up in distance.
Five race maiden was beaten 5L in a soft ground 1m handicap at this venue just under three weeks ago. Stamina to prove stepping up in trip.
Placed once from five starts and was beaten 16L when finishing seventh over 1m at Southwell iin December. Probably best watched on seasonal debut.
First start since being gelded when finishing a good third over 1m2f at Beverley (good-to-soft) last month. Step back up in trip looks likely to suit following a fifth over 1m1f at Hamilton (soft) subsequently.
Well beaten in three starts this year including when 12L ninth over 1m1f at Hamilton (soft) last time out. Stamina to prove stepping up in distance.
Signs of ability in two of his three starts so far. Beaten 12L when sixth over 1m2f at Redcar (good-to-firm) last time out and is worth a check in the market on handicap debut.
Good third in a 1m contest at Wetherby (good-to-firm) on handicap debut just under three weeks ago. Races off the same mark here and is bred to appreciate this step up in trip.
Forecasts
Beechwood Jude (5/1), Euro Implosion (6/1), Beaufort (6/1), Salam Zayed (6/1), George Mallory (13/2), Soloist (7/1), Brutalab (8/1), Menin Gate (9/1), Arms Of The Angel (20/1), Ateescomponent (25/1)
BRUTALAB showed promise when placed on handicap debut last time out and stepping up markedly in distance he can get off the mark at the fifth attempt in this three-year-old only handicap. The selection can see off Salam Zayed who is another who is stepping up in distance while third place can go to Soloist who represents a leading stable.
- Brutalab
- Salam Zayed
- Soloist
