It might be worth chancing SIR GORDON here, as trainer Mick Channon seeks to win this race for a fourth straight year. He has been gelded since his Leicester debut and could take a step forward. The form choice is Paper Star, just denied late on at Hamilton last time and sure to be getting on with things. Isobar Wind has shown some ability and merits respect in this context, especially with Oisin Murphy taking over.
